According to Decree No. 55 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return within 14 days.
Based on this decree, the buyer of perfumery and cosmetic products should know that they can only return it to the store if it has defects or if the necessary and accurate information about the product was not provided at the time of purchase.
Internet store “RUDROSS” values every customer and cherishes its reputation in the perfume market of Russia. Therefore, we accommodate customers, and returns/exchanges are possible (each case is considered individually).
The following items are eligible for return and exchange:
- Items in proper condition and quality.
- Fully packaged items.
- Items maintaining their original appearance.
- Items with inherent defects.
- Items bought in absence of necessary information about the product that should be provided by the store.
Items with improper appearance are not eligible for exchange or return, specifically:
- Items with mechanical damages discovered by the internet store manager.
- Items with signs of exposure to liquids, vapors, high or low temperatures on the packaging or the product itself, as discovered by the internet store manager.
- Items with erased texts or logos on the packaging or perfume bottles, as discovered by the internet store manager.
- Items with packaging that does not match the perfume itself, as discovered by the internet store manager.
- Items with defects resulting from falling or mechanical damage.
- Items with damages caused by force majeure or actions of third parties, as discovered by the internet store manager.
- Items with incomplete perfume bottles.
- Items with signs of product usage.
Items in proper condition and quality, fully packaged, and maintaining their original appearance are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal reasons of the client, specifically:
- The client wants a different product (personal reason).
- The client changed their mind about using the product (personal reason).
- The client made a mistake in ordering and payment (personal reason).
However, individual cases are subject to review. Please send your inquiries via email and attach photos of the purchased product with the sales receipt.
If all the conditions regarding the condition of the product, packaging (as mentioned above), and terms are met, the store “RUDROSS” will refund 100% of the paid purchase amount (excluding transportation expenses).
The buyer is responsible for transportation expenses (returning the product to the store).
Physically, the product can be returned to the agreed address at the pick-up point of SDEK courier service, in coordination with the internet store manager.
The return process consists of the following steps:
- Submitting a request for the return of the product (via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
- Approval of the request.
- Sending the product back to the store.
- Acceptance of the product and verification of its condition.
- If the product matches the claimed condition, a refund (100% of the product cost excluding delivery expenses) will be issued, or a replacement with a similar product (of proper quality) will be provided.
